2009 Best Car for the Money

The numbers don't look good. Auto sales have been on a downward slide for over a year, and two of Detroit's Big Three are in bankruptcy. While shoppers are used to doom and gloom sales numbers coming out of Detroit in recent years, the declines are now industry-wide, with foreign car makers turning to their governments for help.
