Chrysler Pacifica Exterior Review

Exterior - 8.7 (Very Good)

The 2007 Chrysler Pacifica earns overall praise for its updated exterior. Several reviewers comment on the fact that the minivan-like Pacifica SUV doesn't look like a minivan -- a plus. "The Pacifica's sculpted lines give it a look that's more stylish than that of your typical ho-hum kiddie hauler," says Edmunds.

New for this year is "a grille with three horizontal bars and hood strakes, or lines, that are borrowed from the art deco-inspired Chrysler Crossfire coupe," according to the Detroit News. The reviewer praises the styling because "It's a much more striking look than you get with a minivan, which surely provides a boost to your image." However, some reviewers see the carlike look of the Pacifica as a sore spot. CNET says, "It's much more car-like than an SUV, with no attempt to look rugged."
