2007 Chrysler Town & Country Exterior Review [ 2008 ]
Chrysler Town & Country Exterior Review
Exterior - NA
The Town & Country can perhaps best be described as the 'Dick Clark of Minivans' -- while getting along in years, most critics say that it still looks quite good. Kelley Blue Book says, "We think the Town & Country is among the most attractive on the market."
The critic continues, adding that the T&C "looks contemporary without odd-ball space-age touches, and it makes no attempt to look like a Sport Utility Vehicle." In general agreement, the Orlando Sentinel observes, "The fact that the current product still looks fresh -- and, frankly, better than the 2008 models I've previewed -- speaks to a solid original design."
Exterior Trims
Town & Country Base
The base model Town & Country has a shorter length and wheelbase than the rest of the T&C lineup, measuring 189.3 inches. It features accent color body moldings.
Town & Country LX
Stepping up to the LX gives the buyer the extended-length body, which measures 200.5 inches. The LX adds most notably body color side moldings and heated mirrors to the exterior.
Town & Country Touring
The Touring model is also extended length, and as a step-up to the LX, it enjoys the addition of power left and right sliding rear doors, a power open/close liftgate and a versatile roof rack.
Town & Country Limited
The T&C Limited, the luxury vehicle in the lineup, is also an extended-length body. Versus the Touring, the Limited adds to the exterior an automatic-dimming exterior mirror, automatic headlamps, fog lamps and unique front and rear fascia.
