Ford Crown Victoria Exterior Review

Exterior - NA

The 2007 Ford Crown Victoria, remaining relatively unchanged mechanically since its '90s design, is appealing to buyers interested in a classic large car and not much else. Reviewers consistently find the Crown Victoria dated in appearance but popular with fleet, taxi, and police departments, as well as lovers of the classic American long hood, long trunk design.

Automobile Magazine  reports that a "black LX Sport looks a lot like an unmarked police car, so other drivers often will slow down and move to the right lane when you come up behind them, an extremely useful feature for highway commuters." Consumer Guide Automotive auto writers note that "large-car traditionalists may have lingering affection for the Crown Victoria and Grand Marquis. But these cars are ancient in design terms."
