The 2007 Ford Focus Wagon reliability score of 7.0 out of 10 is the Predicted Reliability rating provided by J.D. Power and Associates. This score is based on trending the past three years of historical initial quality and dependability data from J.D. Power's automotive studies, specifically the Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS) and the Initial Quality Study (IQS).
The Focus Wagon comes with a three-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. Focus owners also get a five-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty, a five-year/unlimited mileage corrosion warranty and five-year/60,000-mile roadside assistance.
As pointed out by the Orlando Sentinel, reliability is somewhat uncertain. The Focus "has not fared well in Consumer Reports' reliability ratings," they say. But if repairs are necessary, buyers can rest assured that IntelliChoice awarded the 2007 wagon with a number of Best in Class honors, including Lowest Fuel Costs, Operating Costs, Ownership Costs, and Repair Costs.
