The 2007 Lexus RX Hybrid reliability score of 10.0 out of 10 is the Predicted Reliability rating provided by J.D. Power and Associates. This score is based on trending the past three years of historical initial quality and dependability data from J.D. Power's automotive studies, specifically the Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS) and the Initial Quality Study (IQS).
Lexus provides a basic warranty for the first four years or 50,000 miles. The Lexus RX Hybrid's powertrain warranty is good for 72 months or 70,000 miles and Lexus also offers a standard corrosion perforation warranty for the first 72 months, regardless of mileage.
Auto writers express confidence that the Lexus RX Hybrid will have a reliability reputation similar to that of its model mates and of the Toyota brand in general.
