Few reviews offer opinions on the 2008 Audi S6's styling, which looks very similar to its midsize sedan cousin, the A6. Of the similarity in looks, Forbes says, "This sameness is by design. Understatement is a key component in Audi's design philosophy."
A significant difference between the two is the S6's LED daytime running lights, which are located beneath the headlights. "They reminded me of misplaced electric eyebrows," says Forbes. "And besides looking really cool, they kindly let the person driving in front of you know that they had better move over, or else." Kelley Blue Book classifies these lights as a favorite feature, commenting, "Bright white LED daytime running lights -- in rows of five set low on either side -- give the S6 one of the most distinctive faces on the road."
