Safety - What the Auto Press Says
The 612 Scaglietti has not yet been crash-tested by the federal government or insurance industry -- nor do auto writers have much to say about its safety systems. This, however, is understandable, as Ferrari consumers tend to base their shopping decisions on performance and luxury, not safety. Even so, the Scaglietti does feature impressive safety technology, including anti-lock brakes and electronic brakeforce distribution, as well as traction and stability control.
