Interior - What the Auto Press Says
The Quattroporte's interior is highly customizable -- with loads of color and material choices to meet drivers' tastes. According to Edmunds, "this 'Italian Flagship,' as Maserati calls it, is not only a great choice for driving enthusiasts, it's also the art house pick, with stunning Pininfarina styling and an interior that can be made to order." Automobile.com adds, "It's also more about sumptuous Italian leathers stitched together with almost purposeful imperfection here and there, so that its hand-crafted artisanship is possible to see."
Seating
The Quattroporte's cabin offers seating for four and features leather upholstery, as well as heated front seats. According to Edmunds, "Seating is comfortable for touring (though we'd like more lateral support) and tailored for four, as indicated by the rear seat's aggressive contour."
Interior Features
Standard interior comfort and convenience features include a trip computer, steering-integrated controls, and a Maserati Multimedia Entertainment system -- which includes an iPod dock, USB port, as well as an auxiliary jack for portable MP3 devices. Two touch screens are built into the back headrests and a CD/DVD player is embedded in the center console.
Cargo
The Quattraporte offers 15.9 cubic feet of cargo space -- which leaves The Auto Channel dissatisfied: "You and three friends will not go to play golf in it -- the trunk is too small. If you are a tennis player then it is perfect."
