This review was written when the 2007 Acura RL was new.
The RL delivers one of the best combinations of technology, all-wheel drive and luxury in its class. If you're in the market for a luxury large car, you should also consider the Infiniti M or Mercedes Benz E Class.
Reviewers see the 2007 Acura RL as a solid pick for technology junkies who want a smooth-riding, luxury sedan that packs a lot of punch in the sticker price. Kelley Blue Book praises Acura's flagship luxury sedan, commenting, "the RL showcases the latest automotive high-tech gadgetry in an attractive package that is both user-friendly and semi-intuitive." And CNET also notes, "People who prefer a high-tech premium coupe but need a sedan would find that the RL makes a good compromise."
According to Kelley Blue Book reports that the "RL is expected to have a slightly better-than-average residual value over a five-year period, falling below the Infiniti M35 and Lexus GS 350, but besting the Audi A6 and Cadillac STS."
