2010 Aston Martin DB9 Recalls & Reliability
There have been no safety recalls issued from NHTSA.
There is no reliability data available for this vehicle.
Aston Martin protects the 2010 DB9 with a three-year/unlimited-mileage warranty -- which is pretty standard for this class. While the Audi R8 provides four years of coverage, it limits drivers to 50,000 miles. Other models, mostly Ferraris, only provide two years (unlimited miles) of protection.
- "There's also the sense that, in this world of robots and just-in-time manufacturing, the DB9 is a handbuilt car. You get the feeling a lot of white-coated technicians and artisans fussed over it to make it special for the buyer." -- Motor Trend
- "In the past, a plaque on the doorsill of an Aston Martin that advertised 'Handbuilt in England' would have been a warning. But now that Aston has moved from its traditional home in Newport Pagnell to its high-tech factory at Gaydon in the English Midlands, persistent quality problems have been left behind. The renowned sports-car maker has made a remarkable transition from hopeless cottage industry to high-tech, top-class niche manufacturer." -- Automobile Magazine
