Auto reviewers generally agree that the A6 is an attractive car. Its exterior received an overhaul in 2005, adding a bold trapezoidal front grille that adds to the A6's distinctive new face.
Kelley Blue Book calls the front end "dramatic." Edmunds adds that the A6 "offers by far the best package of attention-getting style. With its clean lines and oversized grille, the current Audi A6 is one of the most distinctive midsize luxury cars on the market."
Exterior Trims
The A6 can be fitted with a variety of package options that will alter the exterior body. The Premium Package includes a power glass sunroof with slide-and-tilt and interior features. The S line Sports Package, with 18-in. 5-arm Quattro GmbH design cast alloy wheels with 245/50 all-season tires, fits the outside of the A6 with a front grille and S line badge, aluminum doorsills with S line badge, S line front and rear bumpers, headlight washers and interior additions.
The 2008 Audi A6 can be fitted with optional 17-in. or 18-in. wheels separately. Additional paint options for the 2008 Audi A6 include Dakar Beige Metallic, Oyster Gray Metallic, Cambridge Green Pearl Effect and Phantom Black Pearl Effect.
