According to Velocity Journal, BMW's new Ultimate Service program "increases the X3's inherent value as the premier compact Sports Activity Vehicle." The program is the only no-cost maintenance program in the industry that provides owners all scheduled inspections, oil changes, brake pads, wiper blade inserts, rotors and other wear-and-tear items at no charge.
