Best Nissan Deals: November 2009 Lease and Purchase
Last Updated: Nov. 05, 2009
Nissan has not yet announced any deals or incentives for the month of November. However, many of its competitors have. Pitting your Nissan of choice against a rival could save you money.
The Nissan Altima, for example, directly competes with the Toyota Camry. While both are similarly priced, Toyota is offering the Camry for zero-percent financing for 48 months and $750 cash back in some regions until November 11.
Likewise, the Nissan Murano and Ford Edge are rival affordable midsize SUVs. Again, both are similarly priced, but Ford is offering the Edge for zero-percent financing for up to 60 months -- which makes it more affordable to the average car shopper.
If, however, you’re intent on buying a Nissan, be sure to do research. Though no new deals and incentives have been announced, you can still save money by arming yourself with knowledge.
Check out our Nissan vehicles page to see the average price paid for the vehicle of your choice. You can use this information to land a better price at the dealership. For instance, the fast and furious Nissan GT-R’s MSRP is $80,790 to $83,040. However, the average priced paid for it ranges between $75,182 to $77,132.
Also, don’t be afraid to haggle. With poor sales and the need to sell off 2009 models to make room for the 2010s, dealers are willing to bargain.
