Chevrolet offers a three-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty on the HHR. In addition to the basic warranty, the HHR gets a five-year/100,000-mile drivetrain warranty and roadside assistance.
The Auto Channel speaks to the HHR's quality of construction, calling it "solid, with few rattles." The reviewer goes on to note that it "gave the impression that all the bolts were tightened and all the welds secure. This isn't something you'll always find in a compact car, no matter where it's built."
