Dodge Caravan Exterior Review
Exterior - NA
While some consider the 2007 model's design aged and boring, Kelley Blue Book politely explains that this Caravan has a "smooth exterior, slightly rounded and handsomely detailed."
The last major redesign was in 2001, with some updating for the 2005 model year. While the Caravan is being discontinued after 2007, the Dodge Grand Caravan is due for a 2008 redesign. The redesigned 2008 model adds a more modern and squared-off appearance, similar to other late model Dodge vehicles. While it's becoming outdated, Automotive.com calls the 2005-2007 models "sleek and attractive with steeply raked windshields and aggressive grilles."
With a front-to-back length of 189 inches, the Caravan is among the shortest minivans in the U.S. market. The larger Grand Caravan adds 11 inches, most of which expands cargo capacity behind the third-row seat.
