Warranty

The Ford Edge comes with a basic three-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and a five-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty. That’s average for its class. If you want the peace of mind that comes with a longer warranty, take a look at the Kia Sorento. It’s covered by a five-year/60,000-mile limited basic warranty and a 10-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty. The powertrain warranty is only valid as long as the vehicle is with the original owner, but it’s still one of the longest standard warranties in the industry.
