Warranty

The 2011 GMC Sierra HD comes with a five-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty. During that time, owners also get 24-hour roadside assistance and courtesy transportation while their truck is in the shop. J.D. Power gives both the 2500HD and 3500HD a predicted reliability rating of three out of five, which is “About Average.” In comparison, both Ford Super Duty models get three and a half out of five. The Ram Heavy Duty trucks haven’t been rated yet.
