Exterior - What the Auto Press Says

Though the Entourage is no head-turner, critics seem satisfied with its nice-looking exterior design. The all-new Entourage borrows styling cues from the Hyundai Santa Fe and its platform mate, the Kia Sedona. Kelley Blue Book points out "Visually, except for details of the grille, headlamps and lower air intake up front, not much differentiates the Entourage from Kia's Sedona" and adds, "Both look a lot like most minivans on the road." Though the Entourage doesn't break the typical minivan mold, many reviewers still appreciate its exterior styling. Automobile.com says it projects a "clean, uncluttered, well proportioned image that's just as appealing, if not more so than any other example in today's wide array of minivan offerings." Cars.com similarly notes, "Entourage is a nice-looking minivan -- not as homely (GM) or polarizing (Nissan Quest) as some."

Some feel that certain exterior touches set the Entourage apart. U.S. News' Rick Newman continues, "Hyundai has put enough effort into design that with a few slight touches, like alloy wheels or a bit of chrome, the Entourage even looks luxurious." Cars.com describes the minivan's styling, noting, "The headlights are large and there is a pronounced chrome grille. The hood appears raised from the fenders, and the beltline extends from the top of the fenders at the same height from front to rear, giving the vehicle a solid, uniform appearance." The reviewer especially likes the chrome accents on the door handles.
