2015 Hyundai Veloster Review

The 2015 Hyundai Veloster is an affordable small car that receives no major changes this year.

The 2015 Hyundai Veloster is powered by a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 138 horsepower. Front-wheel drive and a six-speed manual transmission are standard. A six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission is available. The Veloster Turbo R-Spec trim has a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine with 201 horsepower and is available only with the six-speed manual transmission. With the base engine and an automatic transmission, the 2015 Veloster gets an EPA-estimated 27/36 mpg city/highway, while R-Spec models return up to 24/33 mpg.  

The 2015 Hyundai Veloster is a three-door hatchback that seats four and comes standard with a six-way adjustable driver’s seat, a tilt and telescopic steering wheel, a rearview camera, a USB port, Bluetooth phone connectivity and a six-speaker audio system with a 7-inch touch-screen display and satellite radio. Options include leatherette upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated front seats, an eight-speaker audio system, navigation, Pandora compatibility, a panoramic sunroof and push-button start.
