Safety - What the Auto Press Says

Neither the federal government nor insurance industry has crash tested the 2010 CL. Cars.com explains, "It's an ultra-low volume car - Porsche sold about nine times as many 911s in 2006 -- so it's unlikely to be tested anytime soon." Still, the CL features a long list of standard active and passive safety equipment -- including PRE-SAFE, which reads inputs from the CL's brakes, steering, and Electronic Stability Program to adjust protection equipment to keep occupants safe in the even of an immanent crash.
