Exterior - What the Auto Press Says

The Nissan Frontier looks like its full size brother the Nissan Titan -- something that most reviewers appreciate. The Frontier's higher trims feature a factory-applied spray-on bedliner that protects the cargo bed from rust, dents and scratches.  Several reviewers note that a 2009 refresh helps to distinguish the Frontier from the Suzuki Equator, but there is still a strong resemblance between the two.

  • "Unmistakable as a direct descendent of the company's daunting full-size Titan pickup, although more athletic looking than its larger sibling. "-- Kelley Blue Book
  • "The new front end features redesigned headlights, and the familiar angled-strut grille has a slightly refined appearance." -- PickupTrucks.com
  • "Out in the bed, the Utilitrack cargo-restraint system is standard with Pro-4x models and offers a virtually unlimited number of tie-down points." -- Four Wheeler
