The Sentra comes equipped with a three-year or 36,000-mile limited warranty.
Recently, Nissan recalled several Sentras featuring the 2.5-liter engine, in order to fix problems with the crankshaft position sensor. Sensor problems could cause the Sentra's engine to stall. Potential buyers should also note Nissan's powertrain coverage is provided for the first five years or 60,000 miles.
