Safety - What the Auto Press Says

The federal government gives the 2010 Touareg 2 five out of a possible five stars for front impact and side impact crashes, and a four-star rollover rating. To avoid accidents, the SUV is outfitted with full-time 4XMotion four-wheel drive and anti-lock brakes and Brake Assist. To protect occupants during a crash, the Touareg 2 comes with front and front side air bags and side curtain air bags for front and rear rows.
