2011 BMW X5 Diesel Recalled

Diesel-powered versions of the 3-Series and X5 are relatively new, but if you’re one of the few proud owners of a 2011 X5 xDrive35d, your SUV might be subject to a recall. “BMW is recalling 923 2011 X5 xDrive35d sport-activity vehicles because there could be a sudden loss of power-steering assistance,” says Inside Line. Toyota Recalls 82,200 Hybrid SUVs in the U.S.

Fewer People Will Travel This Fourth of July Weekend

Although gas prices are dropping, AAA predicts fewer Americans will travel this holiday weekend. An estimated “39 million Americans will travel 50 miles or more from home during the Independence Day holiday weekend,” AAA reports. The number of travelers is down 2.5 percent from a year ago.
