Honda Odyssey Recalled for Defective Liftgate Struts

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that Honda is recalling nearly 46,000 2008 and 2009 Honda Odyssey minivans for defective power liftgate struts. “The gas-filled struts that help to raise and support the liftgate of vehicles equipped with a power liftgate system may be prone to early life failures due to a manufacturing flaw,” says NHTSA. “The flaw can result in a leak of the pressurized gas, leading to reduced strut performance.” While liftgate struts don’t pose ... continue reading»

Researchers Name New Cars with the Most Toxic Interior Materials

That new car smell can be appealing. You can even buy air fresheners in a new car scent. But researchers say that you’re actually breathing in toxic materials that can be harmful to your health. BMW Announces New Engine and Pricing for 2013 X3

The BMW X3 xDrive28i sport utility vehicle is getting a new engine for the 2013 model year that BMW says will increase the model’s fuel economy.
