Mazda and FIAT Team Up to Build Next Generation Miata

Mazda announced an alliance with FIAT Tuesday, which will result in the next-generation MX-5 Miata. In addition to a redesigned version of our 2012 Best Sports Car for the Money, the Miata will also gain an Alfa Romeo sibling. Jeep Wrangler Recalled for Fire Hazard

Chrysler Group is recalling Jeep Wrangler SUVs from the 2010 model year for a potential fire hazard. About 67,872 Jeep Wrangler models with an automatic transmission are included in the safety recall. The Wrangler’s “transmission skid plate, which is close to the catalytic converter, can collect debris,” the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports. BMW 3-Series, Acura RDX Given IIHS Top Safety Pick Status

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has named the redesigned 2012 BMW 3-Series midsize sedan and 2013 Acura RDX crossover SUV Top Safety Picks. Lexus Discontinues HS Hybrid

New Rear-Wheel Drive Chevrolet SS Performance Model in the Works
