Best Fourth of July Car Deals
Nothing goes with fireworks, cookouts and swimming pools better than saving money on a new car, truck or SUV. If you’re headed to the dealership this week to score a great Fourth of July car deal, manufacturers are offering extra cash incentives and discounts on top of their current new car deals. These are some of the July Fourth incentives and promotions you can take advantage of this week, with many good through July 9.
Acura is promoting its Fourth of July special APR on select 2012 cars and SUVs through Monday. Buyers can purchase the 2012 RL, TL, TSX, TSX Sport Wagon, ZDX, MDX and RDX with 0.9 percent financing for five years.
If you’re shopping for a good Independence Day lease deal, Buick is offering two-year leases that include free scheduled maintenance, free OnStar Directions & Connections and free satellite radio for the duration of the lease. Included are the 2012 Verano at $239 a month with $1,319 due at signing, the 2012 LaCrosse at $279 per month with $2,679 at signing and the 2012 Enclave at $299 a month with a $3,469 down payment. These deals are good through Sept. 4.
Chevrolet is giving buyers an extra $500 cash on the 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, Traverse and Silverado in addition to their cash back rebates and low interest rates through July 9. The Traverse already has $2,000 customer cash, so buyers will get a total of $2,500. Truck buyers can take advantage of the Silverado’s zero-percent, five-year purchase deal, as well as the $500 cash back.
Like Chevrolet, GMC is also offering $500 in Independence Day cash on top of most of its current purchase deals through Monday. The 2012 GMC Acadia is available with zero-percent financing for five years or $2,000 consumer cash, plus $500 Independence Day cash. Truck shoppers will also get the extra $500 on the 2012 Sierra, which already has up to $3,000 in consumer cash incentives. Additionally, the 2012 GMC Terrain SLE has a July Fourth lease deal of $269 a month for 39 months with $1,519 due at signing.
Honda’s Fourth of July event features low interest rate deals that include 0.9 percent financing for two to five years on most 2012 models, including the Accord, Civic, Odyssey, Pilot, Ridgeline and Crosstour. Honda’s purchase deals are good through Monday.
In addition to many of its current discounts, Nissan is giving buyers either $500 or $1,000 bonus cash on select vehicles during its Fourth of July sales event. For example, the 2012 Altima sedan has $1,000 bonus cash through July 9 on top of its current incentives, which include a two-year lease deal and zero-percent and low interest rate purchase deals. The 2012 Murano’s lease offer and low interest rate deal also include an extra $1,000 in bonus cash through Monday.
