GM Recalls 250,000 SUVs for Fire Risk

General Motors has announced a recall of 249,260 SUVs because a faulty electrical system in the driver’s door could cause a fire. The recall includes the 2006-2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer and GMC Envoy, and some models of the Buick Rainier, Saab 9-7X and Isuzu Ascender from the same model years. Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT and GMC Envoy XL models from the 2006 model year are also included. Land Rover Unveils 2013 Range Rover

Land Rover revealed the completely redesigned 2013 Land Rover Range Rover Tuesday. In addition to new sheet metal, new drivetrain components and a more refined cabin, Land Rover says in a press release that one of the hallmarks of the redesign is a weight reduction of about 700 pounds for U.S. models. Hyundai Revises 2013 Genesis' Engine Lineup, Tech Features

Although Hyundai refreshed its Genesis sedan for the 2012 model year, the 2013 Genesis receives some important changes. 2013 Mercedes E-Class Hybrid Priced at $55,800

Mercedes-Benz announced pricing on the all-new 2013 E400 Hybrid last week. The new luxury hybrid car will start at $55,800 plus a $905 destination charge, which is $4,800 more than the base 2013 E350 sedan and $3,600 more than the diesel-powered E350 Bluetec. IIHS Announces More Stringent Front-Impact Vehicle Crash Test
