2013 Acura TL Pricing Announced

Acura announced last week that the 2013 Acura TL, the brand’s midsize sedan, starts at $35,905, not including an $895 destination fee. The most expensive trim of the TL lineup, equipped with all-wheel drive, a manual transmission and Technology Package, starts at $43,185. IIHS Announces Four New Top Safety Picks

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety announced Thursday that the 2013 Ford Escape, Acura ILX, Subaru BRZ and Scion FR-S earned the organization’s Top Safety Pick accolade. Redesigned 2013 Honda Accord Offers Updated Engines and More Features

Specifics on the redesigned 2013 Honda Accord have trickled out slowly, but Wednesday, Honda released detailed features and powertrain information for its midsize car. The Accord sedan goes on sale Sept. 19, while the coupe hits dealerships Oct. 15. Ford Recalls 2013 Escape for Potential Engine Coolant Leak

Ford is recalling 6,146 Escape SUVs from the 2013 model year. The recall applies to models with 1.6-liter four-cylinder engines that could have an engine coolant leak. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says that if the coolant leaks and evaporates on the engine when it is hot, a fire could start. Redesigned 2014 Volkswagen Golf Revealed

Volkswagen released the first images of the redesigned 2014 Golf Tuesday.
