The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Gets a New Engine

“There’s no replacement for displacement,” is a common mantra of muscle car fanatics, and despite earlier reports that the redesigned Chevrolet Corvette might have a smaller engine, the automotive press is reporting that the 2014 Corvette’s new LT1 engine will stay the same size. 2013 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Rated at Class-Leading 45 MPG

Last week, Lincoln announced that the redesigned 2013 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid received an EPA-certified 45/45 mpg city/highway, topping the fuel economy of all other midsize luxury hybrids. The MKZ Hybrid beats its closest competition, the redesigned 2013 Lexus ES Hybrid, which gets 40/39 mpg, but the ES Hybrid has a more powerful engine. Chevy Raises Flags of Next-Gen Corvette

Chevrolet has officially unveiled the emblem ­­­­—just the emblem — that will be on the seventh generation Corvette. In a press release, GM Vice President of Global Design Ed Welburn says, “The flags are much more modern, more technical, and more detailed than before,” which he says is reflective of the vehicle itself. Goodbye, Volvo C30

After the 2013 model year, you won’t be able to purchase a new Volvo C30 because Volvo is discontinuing the hatchback worldwide.
