Used Car Shoppers Should be Wary of Counterfeit Airbags

If you’re shopping for a used car that was in an accident and received new airbags within the last three years, it could be equipped with counterfeit airbags.  Although less than 0.1 percent of the U.S. vehicle fleet is at risk, the National Highway Traffic Administration says vehicles with counterfeit airbags are a safety hazard. Toyota Recalls 2.5 Million Vehicles in the U.S.

Toyota is voluntarily recalling 2.5 million vehicles in the U.S. and 7.43 million vehicles worldwide for a potential safety issue with the power window master switch. Honda Recalls 268,000 CR-Vs

Honda is voluntarily recalling about 268,000 CR-Vs for a faulty master power window switch that can potentially cause a fire. Chevrolet Axes the Impala's Front Bench Seat

572,000 Honda Accords Recalled

Honda is recalling about 572,000 Accords over a potentially faulty power steering hose. The recall affects Accord models with V6 engines from the 2003 to 2007 model years.
