For 2013, Toyota is adding a hybrid version of its Avalon large sedan to the model lineup, and the automaker says in a statement it should achieve 40/39 mpg city/highway. Toyota unveiled the redesigned 2013 Avalon at the New York Auto Show in April, and it is scheduled to go on sale later this year.
