Ford Recalls 2013 Fusion for Second Time in a Week

Faulty headlights are the latest setback for the redesigned 2013 Ford Fusion. Ford is recalling about 19,000 Fusions for the issue, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) released a report last week that found that the Prius has a much lower theft rate than other vehicles.
