2013 Buick Lineup Gets Standard IntelliLink Infotainment System
General Motors announced that the entire 2013 Buick lineup will come with Buick’s IntelliLink infotainment system as standard equipment, which includes Enclave, LaCrosse, Regal, Verano and Encore models. The IntelliLink system lets users connect their smartphones or iPods through USB and Bluetooth connections, which integrates the device into the vehicle’s touch-screen display. Additionally, IntelliLink integrates online music services like Pandora.

GM Recalls 50,000 Crossover SUVs
General Motors is recalling about 50,000 Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia and Buick Enclave SUVs from 2011 and 2012 model years to fix potentially defective windshield wipers. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says that snow or ice buildup on the windshield or wiper could restrict movement of the wiper arms, which may cause them to loosen and become inoperative, increasing the risk of a crash.

Chevrolet Reveals Updated Traverse Ahead of New York Auto Show
A refreshed 2013 Chevrolet Traverse was revealed ahead of its debut next week at the New York Auto Show. The eight-passenger Traverse receives exterior and interior updates, as well as safety and technology upgrades, Chevrolet says in a press release.

2013 Buick Enclave to be Unveiled at New York Auto Show
Buick will reveal an updated version of its Enclave crossover SUV next month at the New York International Auto Show. While Buick has been fairly tight-lipped about the updates, it did say in a press release that the 2013 Enclave will “include industry-exclusive safety technology and modern design updates.”
