Cadillac, Buick Customers Happiest with Dealer Service, Study Says

Cadillac ELR Buick owners are the most satisfied with maintenance and repair services at the dealership, according to a study recently released by J.D. Power and Associates. Volkswagen earned the second highest customer satisfaction rating among mainstream auto brands, followed by GMC and MINI, which tied for third place. Among luxury brands, Cadillac came out on top, dethroning Lexus, which had been top-ranked for the last five years. Audi and Lexus came in second and third place for 2014, respectively. General Motors Entices Car Shoppers with Free Maintenance Program

GM free maintenance program General Motors announced a free maintenance program for certain 2014 Chevrolet, Buick and GMC vehicles. Free routine maintenance will be covered for up to two years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. Car shoppers who lease or buy a 2014 vehicle will be eligible for free oil and filter changes, tire rotation and a 27-point vehicle inspection at any Chevy, Buick or GMC dealership. Buick Reveals 2013 Verano Turbo Pricing

Buick announced Wednesday that the 2013 Buick Verano Turbo will start at $29,990, including destination, when it hits dealerships this fall. The Verano Turbo features a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 250-horsepower, according to a Buick press release. Power is routed through either a six-speed automatic transmission or a no-charge six-speed manual. Buick Revamps Lease Deals to Lure Customers

Buick rolled out a new auto lease program on its entire lineup last week. Buick’s new two-year lease deals include free maintenance, as well as tech features, like subscriptions to satellite radio and OnStar, which are included free of charge for the duration of the lease.
