Chevrolet Axes the Impala's Front Bench Seat

We’ve known for a few months that a redesigned Chevrolet Impala is heading our way. Chevrolet Debuts All-New Impala at the New York Auto Show

Chevrolet unveiled the redesigned 2014 Impala at the New York Auto Show today. When compared with the 2012 model, the new Impala makes significant changes to the affordable large car, which should help it compete with more recently redesigned rivals like the Chrysler 300, Ford Taurus and Hyundai Azera. GM Recalls Impala, LaCrosse Cars in North America

General Motors is recalling more than 14,000 cars in the U.S. and Canada for power steering and electronic stability control problems. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the recall affects 4,077 Buick LaCrosse cars from the 2012 model year, and 10,344 Chevrolet Impala cars from the 2012 model year. 2012 Chevrolet Impala Gets 30 MPG on the Highway

A while back, we told you that the 2012 Chevy Impala was getting a substantial power boost thanks to a new 302-horsepower 3.6-liter V6 under its hood. Impala Owners File Class-Action Suit Against GM
