Dodge Grand Caravan, Avenger Getting the Ax

Chrysler Group is eliminating the Dodge Grand Caravan minivan and Dodge Avenger midsize sedan and replacing them with one crossover vehicle in 2013, Automotive News reports. Chrysler Recalls 11,351 Vehicles

Chrysler is recalling 11,351 Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler products for “a missing or incorrectly installed steering column pivot rivet,” the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports. A missing or poorly installed rivet could cause the driver to lose control of the car, which increases the risk of an accident.
