Chrysler Group is eliminating the Dodge Grand Caravan minivan and Dodge Avenger midsize sedan and replacing them with one crossover vehicle in 2013, Automotive News reports.
The Grand Caravan’s corporate cousin, the Chrysler Town & Country, will still be sold, and the Avenger’s cousin, the Chrysler 200, will reportedly be replaced with a new sedan built on a FIAT platform in the near future.

Chrysler Recalls 11,351 Vehicles
Chrysler is recalling 11,351 Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler products for “a missing or incorrectly installed steering column pivot rivet,” the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports. A missing or poorly installed rivet could cause the driver to lose control of the car, which increases the risk of an accident.
