Ford C-Max Hybrid Since the early 2000s, Toyota has dominated the hybrid vehicle market, with a 71 percent market share last year, according to The Detroit News. Ford Hybrids Don't Live Up to MPG Claims in Consumer Reports Testing

Excellent fuel economy is the main reason most people buy a hybrid. Now, Consumer Reports says that the 2013 Ford C-Max and Ford Fusion Hybrid don't get the gas mileage Ford has advertised. Ford C-Max Energi Earns Higher MPGe Rating than Prius Plug-in, Volt

EPA Rates 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid at 47 MPG

Ford announced official fuel economy ratings for the 2013 C-Max Hybrid Tuesday, noting that the new hybrid car uses less fuel than the 2012 Toyota Prius v. 2013 Ford C-MAX Energi Range Announced

Ford announced Friday that its 2013 Ford C-MAX Energi, a plug-in hybrid car, will have a battery-only range of “more than 20 miles” and a total range of 550 miles.
