New Silverado and Sierra Earn Five-Star Safety Rating

2014 Chevrolet Silverado safety The fully redesigned 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 have been crash tested by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Both the Silverado and Sierra earned five stars in the overall, front and side crash categories and four stars in rollover. 2014 Silverado and Sierra 1500 Revealed

General Motors unveiled its fully redesigned 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 on Thursday. The two trucks are mechanically similar, with the same platform and similar powertrains. 2013 Ford F-150 Unveiled

Ford released details today for the 2013 Ford F-150, which receives a restyled front end and MyFord Touch, among other features. Automakers Agree On Standard Pickup Towing Tests for 2013

Today, the Society of Automotive Engineers announced a new system of standards to measure pickup truck towing capacity, with the support of Chevrolet/GMC, Ram, Ford, Honda and Toyota.
