Chevrolet Spark IIHS small overlap test The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety recently put some of the smallest cars on the market through its crash tests, and overall, they did not do well. 2013 Hyundai Accent Pricing Announced

Hyundai has announced that the 2013 Accent will cost $14,545, plus a $775 delivery fee. It’s $2,000 more than the base 2012 Accent, in addition to its main competitors, but the 2013 Accent sedan receives standard features like air conditioning and a USB audio input jack. The base 2013 Hyundai Accent sedan also comes standard with satellite radio, a six-speaker audio system, heated side mirrors and remote keyless entry. Consumer Reports Rates Three Updated Small Cars Highly

The 2012 Kia Rio, Chevrolet Sonic and Hyundai Accent receive high ratings in road tests from Consumer Reports because they show “improvements in performance, equipment levels, and comfort.” The organization applauds these three all-new or redesigned affordable small cars because they break the stereotype that subcompact cars are cheap vehicles with uncomfortable rides and poor performance.
