Hybrid SUV Competition Heats Up with Debut of 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid

Liz Opsitnik/U.S. News and World Report Last Wednesday at the New York International Auto Show (NYIAS), Nissan announced their first hybrid SUV, the 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid. Nissan said the seven-passenger hybrid will go on sale in late summer. Nissan said at their press conference on Wednesday that the Pathfinder Hybrid will feature a supercharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine and an electric motor. New Infiniti Hybrid Set to Debut at New York Auto Show

Infiniti announced Friday that the all-new 2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid will debut March 27 at the New York International Auto Show. The CUV will be the hybrid version of the QX60, recently known as the JX35, and will go on sale this summer.
