2007 Chevrolet Cobalt General Motors issued a recall last week covering 619,122 Chevrolet Cobalt and Pontiac G5 cars in the U.S. for a problem with their ignition switch. Software, Electronic Glitches Cause Toyota Recall of Almost 1 Million U.S. Vehicles

2012 Toyota RAV4 Toyota is voluntarily recalling about 960,000 vehicles in the U.S. for software and electronic circuit issues. The Toyota Prius, RAV4 and Tacoma, as well as the Lexus RX 350, are part of the safety recall.
