Luxury Car Market Hits Six-Year High

Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class Almost 400,000 new luxury vehicles were sold during the first quarter of 2013. This is the highest sales volume of luxury vehicles since 2007, Kelley Blue Book announced Thursday. Mercedes-Benz Previews New, Safer Seatbelts

Mercedes-Benz is developing a new type of active seatbelt buckle, which the automaker says will connect with its Pre-Safe crash avoidance system and will protect users better in the event of a crash. More car shoppers are buying or are more strongly considering buying American brand cars, according to the 2012 J.D. Power and Associates Avoider Study.
