Latest 2013 Models Shine in Safety Tests

Over 40 new and redesigned cars, trucks and SUVs are being introduced for the 2013 model year. That's more than 15 percent of the 2013 new car market. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety have begun testing these vehicles, and many perform well in crash tests. Mitsubishi to Build Plug-in Hybrid SUV

The hybrid and electric vehicle race is heating up, as more automakers announce plans to bring a plug-in hybrid or all-electric vehicle to market. Mitsubishi, whose i-MiEV electric car is scheduled to go on sale later this year, has plans to build a plug-in hybrid SUV. Paddle Shifters Spice Up the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport

The 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport has a name that makes this affordable compact SUV sound like it’s one of the most powerful SUVs in the class, but it’s not.
