Does complex in-car technology make your head spin? Ford Motor Company thinks they have found a way for you to master the features in their vehicles. 2013 Ford F-150 Unveiled

Ford released details today for the 2013 Ford F-150, which receives a restyled front end and MyFord Touch, among other features. The refreshed full-size pickup truck also gains a new luxury trim level, as well as expanded availability of some of its engines. 2013 Ford Super Duty Details Unveiled

Last week, Ford announced that its 2013 Super Duty heavy-duty trucks will offer a new trim level: the Super Duty Platinum.
