Auto Thieves Hate the Toyota Prius

Worried about your car being stolen? Buy a Toyota Prius. The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) released a report last week that found that the Prius has a much lower theft rate than other vehicles. Only one in 606 Prius hybrids from the 2008 to 2010 model years was reported stolen, according to the NICB. Honda Accord Tops List of Most Stolen Vehicles

Shutterstock The National Insurance Crime Bureau released its list of the most stolen vehicles in 2011 last week.
