3 Million Honda, Mazda, Nissan and Toyota Models Recalled Worldwide

Toyota recall, Toyota Corolla Faulty airbag inflation mechanisms have prompted four major automakers to issue a worldwide recall of approximately 1 million vehicles in the United States and about 3 million vehicles worldwide. Kicking Tires reports that the affected vehicles include Toyota, Honda, Nissan and Mazda models from model years 2001 through 2004. These models are equipped with airbag inflators that may be faulty. Honda, Nissan Issue Recalls

Separate recalls have been issued for approximately 183,000 Honda/Acura models and an unspecified number of Nissan/Infiniti models. Honda’s recall affects 101,000 Pilot models, 60,000 Acura MDX models and 21,000 Acura RL models from the 2005 model year, as well as about 800 2006 Acura MDX models. Nissan Altima Recalled for Loose Bolts

Nissan is recalling 13,919 Nissan Altima sedans from the 2012 and 2013 model years because certain suspension bolts could come loose and fall off. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the recalled vehicles were built from May 10 to July 26, 2012. Nissan Juke, Ford F-Series Trucks Recalled

Nissan and Ford are recalling a total of 44,385 vehicles, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. 2011 Nissan Juke Nissan has red-flagged 2011 Juke models for a turbocharger boost sensor bracket that could come off. NHTSA says that if the bracket comes off, the Juke could stall when it isn’t supposed to. If your Juke is affected, dealers will inspect and replace the bracket for free.
