Subaru says the Current Crop of Pet Harnesses are for the Dogs

Subaru Recalls 633,842 Vehicles

Subaru is recalling nearly 634,000 vehicles over potentially faulty wiring of an accessory puddle lamp. The recall affects 2009-2012 Forester models, 2010-2011 Legacy models, 2010-2011 Outback models and 2006-2012 Tribeca models. The puddle lamp illuminates the area under the vehicle doors. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, electrolytic moisture may get into the puddle lamp housing, which contains the circuit board and wires for the lamp. Redesigned Subaru Forester Shows Its Face Ahead of LA Debut

Subaru revealed the redesigned 2014 Forester ahead of its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this month. Subaru Forester Recalled For Faulty Seatbelt

Subaru is recalling certain 2009-2012 Forester models for a faulty rear middle seatbelt. The recall affects approximately 275,000 Foresters manufactured from Nov. 26, 2007 through March 13, 2012. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the rear middle seatbelt may not properly lock, which increases the likelihood of a child in a car seat getting injured during a crash. Subaru Earns Top Spot in Consumer Reports Automaker Report Cards

Report cards were released for 13 automakers Tuesday, and of those tested, Consumer Reports says that Subaru is at the head of the class.
