Volkswagen and Audi TDI Diesel Models Recalled

Volkswagen and Audi are recalling approximately 168,300 models that have a 2.0-liter TDI (Tubrocharged Direct Injection) engine, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The recall affects Audi A3 and Volkswagen Golf models from the 2010 to 2012 model years and Volkswagen Jetta and Jetta SportWagen models from the 2009 to 2012 model years. Diesel Volkswagen Jetta, Jetta SportWagen Investigated for Fuel Leak

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI and Jetta SportWagen TDI diesel vehicles for a possible fuel line leak. NHTSA says its Office of Defects Investigation has received seven owner complaints of fuel leakage from the fuel line to one of the fuel injectors in these two models.
